The Nation OH Management Referral service helps you to pro-actively manage health issues at work and provide your employees with the necessary support. Our service will support your managers when they have to manage health related workplace issues. We see employees who are in work or those with long-term or recurrent short-term sickness absence, to provide clear, impartial and robust advice. This allows you to understand your employees medical problems and allows the case to move forwards. We will arrange assessments rapidly and produce reports quickly. Our advice will include:
- Fitness for work including any specific workplace tasks
- Expected duration of absence
- Adjustments/support measures to aid rehabilitation
- Specific work-related aspects of the illness
- Potential barriers to returning to work and how these may be overcome practically
