Alison is a senior occupational health nurse and has been nursing for over 35 years both in the UK and abroad. She has had several roles during her career including Nursing Director, Operations Director and Clinical Services Manager within a previous occupational health organisation.
Alison helped the organisation to become the first company to attain SEQOHS accreditation and was instrumental in developing the occupational health nurse training pathway within the organisation.
She has experience of corporate occupational health, clinical and operational management in a diverse range of sectors including the NHS, police, fire, local government, universities and various private sector organisations (manufacturing and service sectors).

Kadie has extensive operational and management experience, specialising in occupational health. She brings over 11 years of expertise in the field, working within a SEQOHS accredited organisation and supporting the organisation to achieve this status. Throughout her career, she has effectively overseen and collaborated with various prominent public sector entities, including fire services, police departments, local councils, universities, and NHS trusts.
Kadie is focused on operational excellence, working closely with organisations and conducting both clinical and non-clinical audit programs to deliver exceptional occupational health services.

Ed is a consultant and accredited specialist in occupational medicine. He studied medicine at University of Liverpool Medical School, qualifying in 2010 before undertaking his training in occupational medicine. He undertook training in industry, gaining experience in a wide range of sectors including the NHS, police, fire, local government and industry. Throughout his medical training and career he has won several awards for his academic excellence.
He was accredited, as a Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) in 2022 and went on to be appointed as consultant in occupational medicine at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, before co-founding Nation Occupational Health.
Ed is passionate about driving quality within occupational health. From an individual employee level right through to an organisational level, Ed encourages professional development and strives to achieve recognition of Nation Occupational Health’s quality service through accreditation with recognised occupational health quality standards.

James is a consultant and accredited specialist in occupational medicine. He qualified from Norwich Medical School at the University of East Anglia in 2013 and went on to train in occupational medicine. Throughout his training he worked across several industries including higher education, NHS, emergency services, local government and industry giving him breadth of experience in occupational medicine.
James worked as Medical Director at a previous occupational health organisation and brings a wealth of experience in leading clinical staff and delivering high clinical standards. He supported several organisations with the development of policies and procedures. He was awarded accredited specialist status and membership entry to the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) in 2023. James was highly commended by the Society of Occupational Medicine in the Outstanding Occupational Health Practitioner category, 2021.
Throughout the subsequent months, We have been able to count on James for wise counsel and support during the ever-changing demands brought on by the pandemic. Working with James has been a pleasure.
Dr Hussain is well known and hugely respected in the Occupational Health community. He is an accredited specialist in occupational medicine with over 30 years experience. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine as well as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
Tok previously was CEO at Healthwork, a leading occupational health company for almost 15 years. He successfully grew this business before an eventual successful trade sale to Marlowe PLC.
Tok has worked in several senior medical and corporate leadership roles, leading multiple teams successfully. Alongside his clinical work he has also made a significant contribution to the wider occupational health speciality through his previous roles as Honorary Assistant Editor of the Occupational Medicine journal, Chief Examiner for the MFOM examination of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Chair for the ALAMA Committee and Regional SOM Chair.
Tok drives innovation within occupational medicine, pioneering approaches to deliver occupational health services. He shares his broad expertise to provide advice and guidance across several industries within occupational health.
