A large multi-national manufacturing site required the set-up of an on-site Occupational Health service in the North of the UK and asked for our help.
The Nation OH Solution
Our clinical and non-clinical teams worked with the customer to set up a fully functioning on site Occupational Health Department. An Occupational Health audit and needs assessment was undertaken (encompassing occupational health staffing, policies and procedures, clinical facilities, clinical and non-clinical equipment, services, medical records and first aid procedures). A full on-site Department was opened and Nation OH now run the Department with our nursing, medical, mental health and musculoskeletal clinicians providing face to face services.
