Nation OH has a team of workplace mediators who arranged meetings with the staff members concerned. These were initially one to one with the impartial mediators and then developed into group sessions. The mediation helped the employees share information, express their concerns and a mutually beneficial resolution was found, with a written agreement approved by all parties.
