The employee was assessed face to face by one of our Occupational Health doctors. A support plan to help rehabilitation for both the physical and psychological aspects of the injury was implemented. This involved input from our mental health team and physiotherapists. Our Occupational Health doctor oversaw the case from the start, and the employee was able to return to work under our guidance on a return to work graduated programme with adjustments and with appropriate equipment.
